  • Sacred Seasons - The Quieting

Sacred Seasons: The Quieting Sunday 29th November 7:00 - 9:30pm As autumn gently comes to a close, nature begins one of its greatest acts of wisdom. It lets go. The trees release their leaves. The evenings become longer. The world grows quieter. Yet while nature slows, we often do the opposite. We rush towards Christmas, fill our diaries and carry more than we need. The Quieting offers something different. An opportunity to pause before the busyness begins. To soften. To breathe. To release the physical and mental weight you've been carrying through the year. Through gentle seasonal yoga, guided relaxation, soothing sound and quiet reflection, we'll create space for your nervous system to settle and your mind to become still. This is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It's about remembering that rest is part of the rhythm. You'll leave feeling calmer, lighter and more deeply connected to yourself as you step into winter with greater ease. No previous experience is necessary. Suitable for all levels. As nature lets go, so can you. As winter approaches, you can welcome deep rest. Trust the quieter season. CONTRAINDICATIONS PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING: that a number of conditions and illnesses are indicated as unsuitable for sound healing. If you are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, severe or clinical mental health problems (especially those with noise anxiety or hypersensitivity to sound) or have implants or plates in the body (metal plates, pins, ball joints in particular) please seek medical advice and or reach out directly to me before booking the class.
