More Times, More Choice

In order to free up more spaces we are adding additional classes to the schedule with more variety of content and times. 

Here are the new classes being added this year so far:

- TAI CHI at 2pm Mondays starting 23rd February

- NOURISH at 5.30pm Tuesdays

- ALIGN at 8.15pm  Tuesdays

- UNWIND 8.15pm Wednesdays

- NOURISH 9.30pm Thursdays 

- ALIGN 12.30pm Fridays 

- EMPOWER 5.30pm Fridays starting 6th March
