Service Description

Flow based yoga is about moving in a way that feels steady, supported, and uninterrupted. If you’ve ever felt like your flow is a little clunky, like you’re always a step behind or unsure whether you’re doing it “correctly” know that you are not alone. This two-hour workshop is designed to bridge the gap between knowing the poses and moving with ease between them. It’s about giving ourselves the luxury of time to workshop poses and transitions to ensure our flows are more flowy. Together, we’ll explore how to make each posture work for your unique body — not by forcing shapes, but by refining how you enter, adjust, and transition. You’ll learn how to: - Adapt fundamental poses to suit your body, not an idealised version - Use props intuitively without prompting (before you need them, not after) - Find stability and space so movement becomes smoother and more fluid - Move with your breath to reduce effort and overthinking - Refine transitions — the often-missed key to a truly “flowy” practice This isn’t about perfect alignment or advanced postures. It’s about developing the quiet skill of self-awareness — so your practice feels more natural, more confident, and more yours. Expect a blend of exploration, practical guidance, and a short integrated flow where you can apply what you’ve learned in a supportive, unhurried way. You’ll leave not just with a better understanding of the poses but with the ability to adjust, adapt and move with greater ease in every class you take. Refreshments will; be available throughout. This workshop is not for beginners or experienced yoga students - it is for anyone that wants to explore their execution of poses and the transitions between.
