Sacred Seasons - Gather & Ground
An Autumn Equinox event to gather what nourishes, ground deeply & find balance for the coming season
Service Description
Sacred Seasons: Gather and Ground Sunday 27th September 7:00 - 9:30pm As the wheel of the year turns and the Autumn Equinox arrives, nature begins to slow. The fields have offered their harvest, the days gently shorten, and the invitation shifts from growth to gratitude, from striving to grounding. This special evening is a chance to pause before the dark days of autumn take hold. Together we'll reflect on what the year so far has brought, gather the experiences, relationships and moments that have truly nourished us, and gently release the rest. Held beneath the energy of the Harvest Full Moon, supported by the passionate and intense energy of Aries, this is an evening of balance, reflection and quiet intention. The moon reminds us that every cycle has its time to grow, to shine and to let go. This moon shines a light on what we wante and what isexpected of us. As nature prepares for change, we too are invited to find balance and root ourselves in what matters most. Throughout the evening you will experience: • Tea and oracle cards • Guided meditation and seasonal reflection • Gentle grounding yoga practice combining gentel moon salutations and restorative yoga • Deeply soothing Yoga Nidra • Sound journey with crystal bowls, gongs and therapeutic instruments • Closing cacao ceremony and homemade cake Leave feeling calm, balanced, rooted and ready to step into the quieter months with clarity, gratitude and a renewed connection to yourself. No previous experience is necessary. Suitable for all levels. Gather what nourishes. Ground where you are. Grow from there.
