Yogi Sanctuary is a small independent yoga and wellness studio in Pentyrch, Cardiff, offering more than 30 classes each week across yoga, Pilates, aerial yoga, Tai Chi and strength.
But we are more than classes. A sanctuary for movement and rest, creativity and connection — a place to breathe deeply, move mindfully, create freely and find belonging.
