Service Description

Embark on a deeply restorative journey that is the epitomy of self love and care. Embrace the gentle release of a quiet contemplative yin yoga practice that will invite you to leave behind the noise and drama of your week and step onto your mat with an intention to slow down, stretch it out and drop fully into the present moment before moving onto the calming effect of floating in our silk hammocks while being supported by the soothing vibrations of therapeutic sound. After a little grounding meditation, you will be guided through a series of long held passive yin postures that target the connective tissue of your body, to increase circulation improving your flexibility and range of motion and stimulating the flow of chi, the subtle energy in the body. Then moving into the second part of the event - floating in the silk aerial hammocks accompanied by a resonant soundscape of healing frequencies from crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments to bring about a deep connection with yourself and find inner peace, balance and harmony. You will be invited to enjoy a warm drink before you wind your way home. This monthly event will be your new favourite Friday evening self care ritual. PLEASE NOTE: Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that covers your arms and legs to ensure comfort and safety in the hammock. Please do not wear make up or fake tan and remove watches and jewellery to prevent damage to the silk hammocks.
