Raising your Vibration - Day Retreat

Service Description

A very special day to raise the energy and vibrational frequency of your physical, mental and emotional body. Designed to help you feel lighter and more energised. A day of activities that will leave you feeling happier, healthier and more in balance, more in tune with your inner power and at peace with yourself. Opportunities for you to take part in as much or as little as you wish of the following: - A Yin Yang yoga class: a flow to stoke your inner fire and make your heart sing and a yin class to stretch, relax, release tension and free up stagnant energy - Forest bathing and wild water swimming if you wish in the River Wye. - A meditation to practice gratitude, self awareness and to be centred with yourself - Earthing to realign your electical energy by reconnecting with the earth, giving a boost of natures antioxidents and endorphines - A gorgeous plant based, cleansing and nourishing 2 course lunch that will be a feast for both eyes and palate - A beautiful, therapuetic alchemy crystal bowl and gong sound healing event to bring you back into balance and harmony - Yoga nidra for deep, deep relaxation - A craft workshop for an opportunity for you to express your creativity and self expression - A disconnection from technology to support a connection with your mind, body and soul - Time to connect with like minded people, spending time with new friends and old - Or simply time to just sit, to breathe, to think and just be!

Cancellation Policy

Block Booking cancellations can be made via the app. To cancel a booking at Pentyrch Village Hall, Taffs Well Village Hall, All Hallows Hall, Radyr Methodist Hall or Ystradowen Village Hall or other classes that are booked via my website or app please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I'm afraid refunds cannot be guaranteed if 24 hours notice is not given. Bookings and cancellations for classes at any other locations are to be done directly with them. Special events cancellation: 100% refund if more than one weeks notice given, 50% refund in the event of 1 to 7 days notice given. No refunds issued in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the event. Retreats have a separate cancellation policy -please refer to your emails.
