Service Description

This slow and easy flow is low to the ground and will take you through poses that will guide you to a deeper space of peace, relaxation and ease in your body. It includes poses that will stretch and relax your body, unravel the knots, realign your mind, and reconnect you to the present moment. Being grounded means to be in a place of calm, feeling a sense of safety and security despite the chaos or challenges around you. In this class we will combine a sense of physical and emotional grounding by combining breath, movement and meditation. This will be more than a class to simply throw shapes on the mat - you will discover an ability to find calm and peace in your mind, to gain a greater connection with yourself and increase your bodies flexibility. Options will be given to modify poses to suit your body. I promise you will feel mentally, emotionally and physically so much better. - Dissolve stress, tension, and anxiety - Improve flexibility and joint mobility - Create a calm and clear mind - Find a sense of being grounded, connected in the present moment An ability to get up and down off the floor unaided is essential for this class - though once on the floor all poses are at floor level so an ability for you to be on your hands and knees is key too, but an ability to touch your toes is absolutely not required!! You will need to bring a yoga mat but blocks and bricks and straps will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

Block Booking cancellations can be made via the app. To cancel a class booking at Pentyrch Village Hall, Taffs Well Village Hall, All Hallows Hall, Radyr Methodist Hall or Ystradowen Village Hall or other classes that are booked via my website or app please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I'm afraid refunds cannot be guaranteed if 24 hours notice is not given. Bookings and cancellations for classes at any other locations are to be done directly with them. Special events cancellation: 100% refund if more than one weeks notice given, 50% refund in the event of 1 to 7 days notice given. No refunds issued in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the event. Retreats have a separate cancellation policy - please see your emails.
