Autumn Equinox Yoga & Sound Healing

Service Description

The Autumn Equinoxis is a time of equal light and dark. As we look out over the sea we will watch the sunset and will tune into these calming energies finding balance in a wonderful slow gentle yoga practice that loses non of its beauty, strength and power in a combination of stillness and flow. We will practice a little meditation, some reflective journalling and then lie down and let the body be taken into Yoga Nidra and have waves of sound from the Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Gongs and chimes wash over and through us returning our vibrating cells to peace, balance and harmony. Finishing our evening with mugs of Moon Milk and Hot Chocolate and a slice of home made cake with time to reflect, to chat and to just be.

Cancellation Policy

Block Booking cancellations can be made via the app. To cancel a booking at Pentyrch Village Hall, Taffs Well Village Hall, All Hallows Hall, Radyr Methodist Hall or Ystradowen Village Hall or other classes that are booked via my website or app please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I'm afraid refunds cannot be guaranteed if 24 hours notice is not given. Bookings and cancellations for classes at any other locations are to be done directly with them. Special events cancellation: 100% refund if more than one weeks notice given, 50% refund in the event of 1 to 7 days notice given. No refunds issued in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the event. Retreats have a separate cancellation policy -please refer to your emails.
