Service Description
This is a yoga workshop designed to help you stretch and strengthen your body to loosen up stiffness and increase your range of motion. Whether you spend your time at the gym, on the field, cycling or on a run, this workshop is designed to show you how adding yoga to your routine will help you perform at your highest level. Ideal for those new to yoga and looking to improve full body range of motion, strength, mental clarity and overall well-being. Through a strong and dynamic yoga flow, you'll build functional strength and improve mobility in shoulders, spines, hips, hamstrings and glutes while deepening the connection of your mind - body - breath alignment. The session combines powerful, resilience-building movements with both passive and active stretches along with moments of softness and stillness to help you find the balance between effort and ease. Learn to cultivate greater body awareness, refine your breathwork and create space for mental clarity and calm. This workshop offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with your inner self. By the end you'll feel stronger, more flexible and centred, with tools to support your mental health and athletic performance both on and off the mat. All mats and props are provided simply come in clothes that you can move in. Maybe bring a bottle of water with you.

Cancellation Policy
Please arrive around ten minutes before your class is due to start. Access will not be possible until 15 minutes before the class start time in order to allow the previous class time to vacate the studio. We do not allow late access to class as the outside door will be closed to entry just before the class starts to protect peoples belongings in the reception area. Refunds will not be given if you are late and unable to attend the class. Block Booking cancellations can be made via the app with up to 24 hours notice. To cancel a single booking please contact me at least 24 hours in advance or you will not recieve the refund. I'm afraid refunds cannot be guaranteed if 24 hours notice is not given. Please park considerately and be mindful of our neighbours when leaving the studio. Please be respectful to your fellow yogis and teachers and ensure your behaviour does not affect their enjoyment of the class in anyway. This is a strict no shoes studio so please leave your shoes in the storage boxes inside the front door. Small lockers are provided for your valuables. But you might like to leave your bags in your car. We recommend bringing into the studio only what you need for class in order to keep space between the mats nice and clear. Please bring your own mat if you have one, though we do have spares. All props will be provided but you might like to bring your own blanket for savasana. Special events / workshops cancellation: 100% refund if more than one weeks notice given, 50% refund in the event of 1 to 7 days notice given. No refunds issued in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the event
