Sunday Christmas Slow Flow and Sound

Service Description

Let's finish the year with a very special seasonal Sunday morning class. Running from 9.30 we will of course have our lovely slow flow yoga but then instead of Savasana we will have a further hour with a wonderfully deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra followed by Sound Healing with Alchemy Crystal Bowls, my beautiful Sedna Planet Gong, Koshi Chimes and other instruments. We will finish this event with mugs of tea, coffee or mulled wine and some delicious mince pies and Christmas cake. There will even be a special little gift for each of you. A Yoga Christmas party for all you lovely Sunday Slow Flow Yogi's. This is included within the Flow Club membership x

Cancellation Policy

Block Booking cancellations can be made via the app. To cancel a booking at Pentyrch Village Hall, Taffs Well Village Hall, All Hallows Hall, Radyr Methodist Hall or Ystradowen Village Hall, Miskin Manor Health Club or other classes that are booked via my website or app please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I'm afraid refunds cannot be guaranteed if 24 hours notice is not given. Bookings and cancellations for classes at any other locations are to be done directly with them. Special events cancellation: 100% refund if more than one weeks notice given, 50% refund in the event of 1 to 7 days notice given. No refunds issued in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the event
