Aerial Yoga (Moderate)
Service Description
Experience the art of movement and mindfulness with Aerial Yoga, a unique blend of traditional yoga and acrobatics performed using a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling. This practice allows you to explore poses with the support of the hammock, enhancing flexibility, building core strength, and deepening relaxation. In this class, you will: Learn foundational aerial poses and transitions, using the hammock to challenge and support your balance. Develop strength, particularly in your upper body and core, through dynamic movements and holds. Improve flexibility and spinal alignment as you decompress and stretch in inversions and suspended poses. Cultivate mindfulness through breathwork and flow sequences that harmonize your movement with your breath. Relax and rejuvenate with a calming floating savasana, enveloped in the hammock. Suitable for all levels, this class offers modifications and variations to accommodate beginners and challenge experienced yogis. Come prepared to have fun, defy gravity, and leave feeling both energized and relaxed. PLEASE NOTE: Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that covers your arms and legs to ensure comfort and safety in the hammock. Please do not wear make up or fake tan and remove watches and jewellery to prevent damage to the silk hammocks.
